hey guys ... i am so over overwhelmed by all your messages . thnx a lot for all the love . sorry for the long video this time in case it tests your patients ...lol . i am so happy that i started this channel . things have not been great for me in the past few years and this has all been an effort to start a few new things in my life . haven't really cut down on my smoking though but have got to stop this week , ttly must ...so any tips are welcome i guess . swimming's been goin great ....building up on stamina ...lol. salsa lessons have also been fun .... should be in a position to put up a respectable salsa video without embarrassing myself by next week ...lol . i guess that's it for now . as always please comment , like and subscribe .... it really means a lot to me . loads of luv ....mmmuuuaaahhh.  |
